Device to wallet in one command. Keys are sealed in the secure element or TPM, never a plain file.
TS · PY · ROS2Forged
for machines.
Robots, drones and chargers get an on-chain identity, a smart wallet, and a private Uniswap v4 pool that smelts their revenue into USDG. Spend limits are enforced by the hook, not by trust.
MACHINE
Signs the swap with a key sealed in the secure element. Nonce and deadline stop replays.
1 cube = 1 machineEvery myth
is a part.
Hephaestus, the Greek smith god, forged the first automatons: golden maidens that moved and thought, and Talos, the bronze guardian of Crete. Each myth maps to a HEPH part.
An ERC-4337 wallet per machine. The operator owns it. The device holds a capped, revocable session key.
ERC-4337 · ERC-8004Freeze one machine or a whole fleet in one transaction. A hijacked robot cannot drain more than its policy.
$50/day cap · one txWhere revenue is smelted into USDG for operating costs. Router-only, so only machines swap here.
Uniswap v4 · HephHookEight parts.
One machine.
Every machine has a key in its secure chip, an ERC-4337 account owned by its operator, and an identity in MachineRegistry. All machine swaps go through HephRouter into the pool guarded by HephHook.
Creates the machine key in the secure element or TPM, registers identity, signs swaps and payments.
Maps machine to operator, device public key, hardware attestation hash, spend policy and reputation. ERC-8004 compatible.
The machine wallet. The operator is owner; the machine key is a capped session key. EntryPoint v0.7.
Pays ETH gas for machines and bills in USDG, so a machine never holds ETH.
Gate, Talos policy, kill switch, tier fee and protocol fee on every machine swap. Immutable.
The only router allowed in the machine pool. It forwards the signed hookData. The pool is not publicly routed, by design.
x402-style service: docks, APIs and data providers get USDG from machines. Falls back to ERC-4337 UserOp + paymaster if USDG lacks EIP-3009.
Revenue above the operating reserve moves to a USDG vault. The operator sets the threshold.
Four rules.
Any fail reverts.
Router-only. The signed hookData (with nonce and deadline) is checked against the key in MachineRegistry.
Per-tx and daily caps plus an asset allowlist. A delivery robot may swap at most $50 a day.
The operator or a guardian freezes one machine or the whole fleet. The hook reads it on every swap.
The LP fee follows reputation: Bronze 0.30%, Silver 0.15%, Gold 0.05%, plus the 0.05% protocol fee.
HephHook is immutable. Tier and protocol-fee parameters are hardcoded. Only registry data (machine policy, frozen status) can change, and operators control it, not the HEPH team. The 0.05% protocol fee is taken in the hook, separate from the LP fee, and goes to the HEPH treasury (20% to BurnVault).
Every machine
gets papers.
A public, verifiable identity: hardware attestation, reputation and every transaction. No wallet needed to look.
Reputation
cools the fee.

Staked as trust.
Burned as fuel.
$HEPH launches on Pons V2, paired with USDG. Operators stake it to unlock Gold for a whole fleet. Fake data or policy abuse gets the stake slashed.
Bonding curve first, then it graduates to a permanently locked Uniswap v4 pool. 1% fee per trade, 30% to Pons, paid in the pair asset.
Machines live on stablecoins and the treasury needs USDG for the paymaster.
Done in one transaction with the amount announced.
No extra creator tax on top of the Pons fee.
Pons built-in buyback is locked for 5 years and not burned, so HEPH uses its own CreatorFeeSplitter.
30% of Pons creator fee and 20% of HEPH protocol revenue. Each burn emits Forged(uint256) and shows as an ember.
Staking $HEPH unlocks the 0.05% fee for every machine in the fleet.
The stake is cut if a machine sends fake data or breaks policy.
Contract address: TBA. Launch is planned for week 10 on Pons V2.
Not financial advice. $HEPH is a utility and trust-bond token for machine fleets; it can lose value. Check the Pons V2 audit status before any launch participation.
Billed per
machine.
Revenue grows with devices, not hype. A 1,000-robot fleet is $1,000 a month from the SDK alone.
One real fleet

Registry, Machine Account + paymaster, hook and router on testnet 46630
TypeScript first, Facilitator for charging
Audit hook, router, registry. 10-50 partner machines on mainnet, tight caps
Pons V2 (USDG pair), splitter and BurnVault
Fleet Pro, Gold staking, peaq identity
Honest market note: DePIN on Robinhood Chain is close to zero today. HEPH is a first-mover bet that starts with one niche and one pilot partner, then bridges fleets already running on other chains.
